It would be greatly appreciated to be able to identify this portrait.
Graham Munro RSW, McCracken’s executor, sent it to me when winding up the
estate, under the impression that it was a portrait of my husband whom he had
never met.
It is in fact an oil painting of an unknown Edinburgh sitter in the early 1950s...
